This project was something different from my previous productions. It was a very small, self-contained game created as an experiment. At the time, analog horror and cursed retro-style indie games were gaining a lot of attention, and I wanted to explore that space in my own way.
The game is my interpretation of No Players Online, built around the idea of a haunted multiplayer match that should not exist. I focused heavily on mood, minimal interaction, and subtle unease rather than traditional horror mechanics.
The entire project was created by me, including programming, design, visuals, and shaders. I worked in Unity URP and used this project to experiment with custom shaders and strong post-processing effects that simulate a low-quality CRT screen. Visually, the game leans into retro low poly and PSX-style aesthetics, combined with aggressive filters to distort clarity and create discomfort.
This project was less about scope and more about exploration. It allowed me to experiment with rendering, stylization, pacing, and atmosphere while handling the complete production pipeline on my own.
