This was a short narrative horror game created entirely by me within one week. It was a compact but intense production process where I was responsible for every aspect of the game, from concept to final build.
The project focused on psychological themes, especially the internal struggle with depression and self-destructive thoughts. Instead of building a traditional horror story with monsters, I concentrated on symbolic environments and narrative ambiguity.
From a development perspective, I handled everything. I programmed gameplay systems, player interactions, scene transitions, and narrative flow. I designed and structured the levels to support pacing and emotional progression.
On the visual side, I worked as a 3D generalist. I created new models and adapted existing assets to fit the tone of the project. I prepared UV layouts, optimized topology, and ensured real-time performance. Textures were painted and refined in Photoshop, and I built PBR and custom materials directly in Unity using URP. Lighting and post-processing were key elements in shaping the atmosphere.
I also worked with Character Creator for character setup and used Premiere Pro and After Effects for video elements and final presentation materials. This project strengthened my understanding of Unity URP and reinforced my ability to manage a complete production pipeline independently.
