Symmetry was a short horror visual novel based on a creepypasta story. It was an experimental project created within a small student team and a chance for me to explore psychological tension in a more narrative-driven format.

In this project I worked on both the visual and technical side of development. I was involved in game design decisions, pacing, and structuring the player’s progression through the story. On the 3D side, I created new assets and adapted existing ones to fit the tone of the game. I worked on UV layouts, improved mesh topology where needed, and optimized models for performance inside Unity.

I prepared textures in Photoshop and built PBR and custom materials directly in Unity to maintain a coherent visual style. Lighting and scene composition were important in building the unsettling atmosphere. I also worked with audio editing in Audacity to refine sound elements and enhance psychological tension.

Symmetry was a smaller project in scope, but it allowed me to experiment with mood, minimalism, and narrative-driven horror while strengthening my workflow between Blender, Photoshop, and Unity.
